Data Analyst

Mitchell Walker is a Research Data Analyst at The Center for Autism Research.  He assists with data integration and management, data discovery, reporting and building/maintaining study databases across the Center. Mr. Walker assists CAR in reviewing/writing code to process and prepare data for analysis and works with CAR’s Scientists and Staff to provide data, resources, and access needed to perform scientific studies of autism research.


Previous to CAR, Mr. Walker studied at Penn and received his BA in Philosophy, Political Science, & Economics. During these studies in behavioral economics he was introduced to the field of data science and computer science through programing in R and various GIS (Geographic Information Systems) mapping related software.
