Dr. Blaskey is a clinical neuropsychologist at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Center for Autism Research. She is currently a collaborator and clinician on several CAR studies, including studies exploring electrophysiological underpinnings of language impairment in autism spectrum disorders, risk factors and precursors to ASDs, and school-based interventions for children with ASD.
Dr. Blaskey earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Michigan State University in 2004 with specializations in clinical neuropsychology and child/family clinical psychology. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in the neuropsychology track and her post-doctoral fellowship at the Harvard-Partners Consortium in Clinical Neuropsychology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Blaskey’s clinical and research interests include the neurocognitive underpinnings of autism spectrum disorders, neuropsychological assessment, and mechanisms of comorbidity in neurodevelopmental disorders. In her clinical work, she performs diagnostic and neuropsychological evaluations for toddlers through adolescents.
